Orders and payment

Your order is confirmed when payment is received. Unpaid orders are cancelled after 72 hours or at the drop close, whichever comes first. Nothing is printed until it's paid.

Changes, refunds and returns

Change or cancel for free any time before the weekly cutoff. Because everything is made to order, sizes and personalization are final after the cutoff. If we make a mistake (wrong design, wrong size from what you ordered, a print defect), we remake it or refund it.

Bring-your-own garments

Bring clean, washed garments without fabric softener. We check every garment at drop-off and may decline any garment we don't think will take a heat-applied print; declined items are refunded. Once accepted, we press with care, but we can't replace customer garments if the fabric reacts to heat.

Privacy

We collect your name, phone, email and (for shipping) address only to make and deliver your order and to contact you about it. We don't sell or share it.

School names and marks

JKdesign Apparel makes independent fan apparel inspired by local schools. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any school or district unless stated. If you represent a school and have a concern, contact us and we'll respond the same day.
