When will I get my gear?
Made to order. Orders close Sunday night; gear is ready about 7–10 days later. Named drops can have their own close date; it's shown on the school page.
Where do I pick up?
Free pickup in Greeley. When your order is ready we text and email the pickup spot and time window. We never post a home address.
Can you ship it?
Yes. USPS for $8 for 1–3 items, $12 for 4 or more. You get tracking by email.
Why Venmo?
Most of our customers already use it, and it keeps our prices down. After you place an order, one tap opens Venmo with the amount and your order number filled in. We confirm by email when it lands.
I don't have Venmo.
Pick "Card or PayPal" at checkout and we'll text you a secure payment link.
What size should I get?
Unisex tees and hoodies run true to size. Women's tees run fitted. Want it oversized? Go one size up.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, free, any time before the weekly cutoff. Reply to your confirmation email.
Returns?
Everything is made to order with your choices, so sizes are final. If we mess something up, we fix it. Period.
Do you do team or booster orders?
Yes. Team orders, fundraiser stores with a give-back to your program, and custom designs. Use the custom form.
Is this official school gear?
No. JKdesign Apparel makes independent fan gear built around real schools, real mascots and real colors. Schools and boosters who want to partner can reach out.
